Back to the Future – The ACDM

Andy Lawton, a founder member of ACDM, takes us ‘back to the future’ with a look at how ACDM began in the 1980’s with a meeting covering Medical Dictionary Coding. Andy’s short article shows how far the Industry has changed and how ACDM has helped it progress along the way.

The next Hot Topic is on “The rapidly growing, patient-centric digital disruption of CDM with eCOA, wearable technology and beyond”

Find out more about the types of technological advances around, how patients are impacted, discuss your experience with new tech and whether patients and CDM really benefitted or was it simply a gimmick that hindered data collection?

May be you can provide ideas and share knowledge with members on how best to approach these upcoming technologies.

Why not join us to discuss this interesting topic, being led by Ian Pinto from Roche and give us your perspective and share your experiences with others across the industry on September 14, 2018@ 12pm BS

This interactive session will be totally FREE of charge to ACDM members and will be around an hour long. This is an open discussion, there are no slides, the discussion is facilitated, but is very much interactive and relies on the input from those dialling in.
